NewGen Asset Management is a fund management company based in Toronto, Canada and registered with the Ontario Securities Commission. It currently manages two funds, the NewGen Mining Fund SPC and the NewGen Mining Fund LP.

All members of the NewGen research team are unit-holders in the NewGen Mining Fund LP and up to 50% of the performance fees generated from both funds are re-invested as units in the Fund. This policy helps to create a culture of integrity, care and diligence by ensuring that their incentives are aligned with the interests of investors.
